cream of mushroom soup
mashed potato mix
- Combine ground round and ground pork.
- Crush saltines and add to meat.
- Finely chop onion and add to meat.
- Add egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix well.
- Roll into balls.
- Fry over medium heat until evenly browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add mushroom soup and milk to frying pan, stirring gently.
- Cook at low, simmer for one hour.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
- Serves 4.
