Standing Rib Roast

Ingredients:

standing rib roast

Directions: 

  1. Bring meat to room temperature and season.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400ºF.
  3. Roast for 1 hour in open pan in, centerof oven.
  4. Shut oven off for approximately 2 hours. (Do not open door)
  5. Turn oven back on to 375ºF for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve.
