Kielbasa with Noodles


1 package
Jacobson’s Kielbasa - cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 oz. package
1 medium
onion - sliced thin
1 medium
green pepper - sliced thin
8 oz.
mushrooms - sliced
2 tablespoons
salt, pepper, to taste


  1. Cook noodles according to package.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet, add onions and saute on high for 3 minutes, add mushrooms and saute for additional 3 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add kielbasa and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add green pepper.
  5. When noodles are done, reserve one cup of water, drain remaining liquid; add noodles and reserved water to skillet.
  6. Heat through, salt and pepper to taste.
