Easy Lasagna


lasagna noodles - uncooked
1 jar (16 oz.)
Vito’s garlic sauce
12 oz.
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound
ground round - cooked & drained
15 oz.
ricotta cheese
2 oz.
parmesan or romano cheese


  1. In an 8x8x2 pan, put 4 oz. sauce, 1 layer of uncooked noodles, 4 oz. sauce, 4 oz. mozzarella, 5 oz. ricotta and 1/3 of the meat.
  2. Repeat layering again starting with the noodles.
  3. For the last layer, start with the noodles, then ricotta, meat, sauce, mozzarella, and finish with the parmesan or romano.
  4. Cover pan with foil, refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  6. Bake 90 minutes , uncover and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
